Contract
The current contract between the Ohio Nurses Association and the Ohio State University runs from 7/1/09 through 7/1/2011.
The 2009-2011 contract continues to have unresolved issues that we anticipate to be decided in the near future. Resolution of the issues will allow a completed contract to be published and distributed. You may download an incomplete draft of the 2009-2011 contract below. This draft does not contain a Table of Contents, an Index, Article 21 or Appendix B.
All nursing titles, other than the Clinical Nurse Specialist, may refer to the 2007-2009 contract for any Appendix B wage inquiries (replace “7/1/08*” with 7/1/09 in your wage schedule to see the current Step amount).
