2024 Wage Charts
During our 2022 negotiations, we successfully retained our "me too" clause in our contract language. This means that since the Medical Center's 2024 Merit budget is 3.5%, we will also receive that increase in the pay period that includes September 1. For those of you at the maximum, your wage will increase 3.0%, and then you will receive the additional 0.5% as a lump sum payment. Remember to add one year of experience when looking up your new wage rate! (i.e. a Staff Nurse B at 5 years on the 2023 scale will be Staff Nurse B at 6 years on the 2024 scale)
