Our contract contains the following language (Article 21, Section 1, page 35):
"Effective the pay period that includes September 1, 2021, nurses will receive a base pay increase of 2.0%. If the Medical Center merit budget is greater than 2.0%, the 2.0% will be increased by the difference between the Medical Center merit budget and 2.0%.This means that we are guaranteed no less than a 2% raise. This year, since the Medical Center merit budget was 3.0%, OSUNO-represented nurses not at the top of the range are getting a 3.0% raise.
Nurses will continue to receive a payout per the following language (Article 21, Section 1, page 36):
"In each year of this Agreement, nurses whose pay rate reaches or is at the maximum of the market pay range will receive a cash payout for any portion of their pay increase not applied to the base rate."Click here for a revised wage chart.
