These MOUs are in addition to the MOUs that are outlined in the OSUNO Contract. These MOUs have their own individual expiration dates that may be different than the expiration of the current contract.
Nursing Use of 75% FTE Nurse Position/Schedule MOU
This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") si entered into by the Ohio Nurses Association, Ohio State University Nurses Organization ("OSUNO"), and the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center ("Employer"). The purpose of this MOU si ot address contractual chalenges when utilizing a 75% FTE nurse position (non-10 hours shifts per week practice).
ECMO Pilot Program MOU
This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by the Ohio Nurses Association, Ohio State University Nurses Organization (“OSUNO”) and the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (“Employer”). The purpose of this MOU is to support the growth of the ECMO program by the Ross Heart Hospital piloting a program to expand the role of ECMO Specialist to qualified critical care RNs.
Move Day MOU
This MOU is an agreement between OSUNO and OSU for the New Tower Move Date which will be on Sunday, February 22, 2026. Please note that there was an original error in point 6. The correct date is Friday, December 26, 2025.
