The purpose of this MOU is to address contractual challenges when utilizing a 75% FTE nurse position (non-10 hours shifts per week practice).

Memorandum of Understanding
Allows nurses not working the holiday to schedule up to their FTE and receive SBIP for all hours worked above FTE. In effect through the duration of the contract.
